Buddha Showing A Thousand Hands
Preparation
To start this exercise relax the entire body but not too loose. Stand naturally with feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent. Keep your knees and hips relaxed. Tuck the chin in slightly. Touch the tip of the tongue to the hard palate leaving space between the teeth. Close the lips and gently shut the eyes.
Conjuring The Hands
Turn both hands with the palms facing up and slightly lifted. The thumb tips lightly touching each other; other fourfingers of each hand overlap on top of each other. For males the left hand on top and for females the right hand on top. Let the hands form an oval shape held at the lower abdominal area with both upper arms slightly held forward with the elbow bent so the underarms are open.
Buddha Maitreya Stretching His Back
While raising the conjured hands start to gradually straighten both legs. When the hands reach the front of the face start to separate and gradually turn both palms upward. Soon as hands are above the top of the head with palms face up, the fingers of both hands point toward each other with a distance of 8 to 10 inches between. At the same time, push the head upward and press the feet downward on the ground. Make sure to push up hard with the heels of both palms and stretch the body for about 2 to 3 seconds. Relax the entire body abruptly and remember to bring the knees and hips to a relaxed position.
Tathagata Pouring Energy Into The Top Of The Head
Following the above position, turn the palms outward at a 140o to both sides simultaneously, the insides of the wrists will face each other, forming a funnel shape. Make the wrists straight and move downward. When the hands reach the chest, keep the palms facing the chest at a distance of 4 inches. Keep the hands moving downward until reaching the lower abdomen.
Pressing The Hands Together In Front Of The Chest
After reaching the lower abdominal area without pausing begin to lift the hands toward the chest pressing the hands together. Press the fingers and the heels of the palms together while leaving space between the palms. Allow the forearms to form a straight line when holding the elbows up.
Hands Pointing To Heaven And Earth
Starting from the ending position of Pressing the Hands Together in Front of the Chest, separate the hands at 1 inch and begin to turn the hands. For males: the left hand gets turned toward the chest and the right turns outward so the left is on top and the right is on bottom. For females it is the exact opposite. Both hands and the forearms should be making a straight line. As the palm is facing down, extend the top forearm upward until the hand is at the level of the head. Remember to keep the palm facing up on the hand that is at the chest. When extended the top arm, begin to gradually stretch the entire body with the head pushing upward and the feet toward the ground. Stretch the top arm up toward the left if male and to the right if female while the arm at the chest is being stretched outward with the raised arm. Keep the body stretched like this for 2 to 3 seconds and then relax the entire body. Bring the raised arm back down into the position of Pressing the Hands Together in Front of the Chest then turn the palms. The right hand for males is on top and left is on bottom; the opposite for males. The top arm will repeat the previous movements, relax, and then go back into the position of Pressing the Hands Together in Front of the Chest.
Golden Monkey Splitting Its Body
To follow the following position begin to form a straight line with the shoulders by extending the arms outward on the sides of the body. Begin to stretch the entire body in this position. Stretch the arms outward hard, head stretched upward, and feet pushing down toward the ground for 2 to 3 seconds. After the stretch, relax the body and then form back into the position of Pressing the Hands Together in Front of the Chest.
Two Dragons Diving Into The Sea
Begin by separating the hands and stretch downward toward the lower front of the body. When arms are straight and parallel they should form a 30o with the legs. Push the feet downward, head upward, and stretch the entire body for 2 to 3 seconds. Rela the entire body and go back to the Pressing the Hands Together in Front of the Chest.
Bodhisattva Touching The Lotus
Keep the same angle between the arms and legs but separate the hands extending them downward diagonally to the sides of the body. Stretch the fingertips downward with a little force while gradually stretching the entire body. Bring the entire body to a relaxed position with the hands together at the chest.
Arhat Carrying A Mountain On His Back
Begin extending the hands behind the body and turn the palms to both face backward. Flex the wrists slowly when the hands pass by the sides of the body. When the hands are behind the body the wrists and body should be at 45o. Stretch the entire body in this position. Keep the body upright and stretch for 2 to 3 seconds like this then relax bringing the hands together at the chest.
Vajra Toppling A Mountain
Separate the hands and push forward with the palms having the fingers point upward keeping the arms at shoulder level. Keep the arms straight and body upright when stretching the body. Stretch for 2 to 3 seconds and then relax with the hands together at the chest again.
Overlapping The Hands In Front Of The Lower Abdomen
Turn the palms to face the abdominal area and move them downward slowly. Overlap the hands after reaching the lower abdominal area. For males: left hand goes on the inside, for females: the opposite. The palm of the outer hand faces the back of the inside hand. Keep a 1 inch distance between both the hands and the inner hand of the lower abdomen. Keep the hands like this for 40 to 100 seconds.

Falun Standing Stance
Preparation
Relax the entire body standing naturally with the feet shoulder-width apart. Bend the knees slightly but keep the knees and hips relaxed tucking the chin in slightly. Press the tip of the tongue to the hard palate of the mouth leaving a little space between the teeth. Keep the eyes closed along with the lips and conjoin the hands.
Holding The Wheel In Front Of The Head
Separate the hands when slowly raising them both above the lower abdominal area. Have the palms pointed toward the face when at eyebrow level after they reach the front of the head. The fingertips should be pointing toward each other with 5 inch distance between. Relax the entire body when forming a circle with the arms.
Holding The Wheel In Front Of The Lower Abdomen
Bring both hands slowly down from the earlier position keeping the wheel-holding position unchanged when reaching the lower abdominal area. Maintain a 4 inch distance between the hands and the abdomen. Keep the underarms open and hold the elbows forward. Keep the palms facing up and the fingers pointed toward each other with a 4 inch distance between while the arms form a circle.
Holding The Wheel Above The Head
Begin raising the arms slowly and maintain the circular shape. Keep the fingers pointing toward each other while holding the wheel above the head. The palms should face downward with a distance of 8 to 12 inches between the fingertips. The arms create a circle but remember to keep the shoulders, arms, elbows, and wrists relaxed.
Holding Wheels On Both Sides Of The Head
Move the hands slowly down to the sides of the head. The shoulders should be relaxed, forearms upright, and the palms facing the ears. Remember not to hold the hands too close to the ears.

Penetrating the Two Cosmic Extremes
Preparation
Relax the entire body standing naturally with the knees slightly bent. Chin tucked in slightly with the knees and hips relaxed. The tongue tip gets pressed against the hard palate of the mouth. Leave space between the teeth while closing the lips and eyes. Position the hands together in front of the chest.
Singular Up-and-Down Arm Movement
Allow the arms to move slowly along with the energy mechanisms outside the body. The energy inside the body should flo up and down continuously with the movements of the arms. For males: the left arm goes up first, for females: the opposite. Allow that arm to pass the front side of the face and extend it above the top of the head while the opposite arm is slowly lowered. Alternate arms while keeping a 4 inch distance between the palms facing toward the body. Remember to keep the entire body relaxed while doing this exercise. Repeat this exercise for nine times.
Double Up-and-Down Arm Movement
At the ninth singular-arm movement, for males: the left, for females: the right, stays up waiting while the other arm is brought up. Both hands should be pointing upward. After this position, both arms should be brought down at the same time. The palms should be facing the body at a distance of 4 inches. Repeat this exercise nine times as well.
Turning The Law Wheel With Both Hands
After the last position, both arms should move down past the face, over the chest, and then reach the lower abdominal area. Turn the Law Wheel located at the lower abdomen with the left hand inside for males, and right inside for females. Maintain a 1 inch distance between the hands and inner hand near the lower abdomen. Keep the hands within the lower abdominal area while turning the Law Wheel clockwise four times to spin the energy from the outside to the inside of the body.

Fauln Heavenly Circuit
Prepare like usually from the other exercises.
Conjoin the hands together in front of the chest.
Turn the palms to face the body while moving them down toward the lower abdominal area. Maintain a 4 inch distance between the hands and body. Bend the wrists while squatting down at the same time of extending the hands down along the inner sides of the legs. As the fingertips near the ground, move the hands in a circular motion from the front of the feet to the outsides of the feet to the heels.
Bend both wrists a little and bring the hands up on the backs of the legs. Throughout the exercise, never allow the hands to touch any part of the body or else the energy will go back into the body. Pass the hollow fists forward through the underarms when the hands can no longer go any higher behind the back. Cross the arms in front of the chest. Leave a space when placing the hands over the shoulders. Both palms should move along the outer sides of the arms. After reaching the wrists, the hands should turn so the palms face each other with a distance of 1.25 to 1.5 inches between. The hands and arms form a straight line while the outer thumb is on top and the inner thumb is below. Turn the palms to create as if holding a ball; the inside hand turns into the outside and so on. Both hands push beside the inner sides of the lower and upper arms, raise the arms up and over the back of the head allowing the hands to form an “x” at the back of the head. Continue to allow the hands movement further down the backbone. Connect with the energy of the back as the hands separate and the fingertips point downward. Move the hands in a parallel motion over the top of the head to the front of the chest. That completes a cosmic orbit so repeat nine times. After completion, move the hands down the chest to the lower abdomen.
Overlap the hands in front of the lower abdominal area and then
conjoin the hands together.

Strengthening Divine Powers
Conjoin The Hands
Sit with the legs crossed in the lotus position and keep the entire body relaxed. Prepare like before any other exercise. Conjoin the hands at the lower abdomen and gradually enter stillness.
First Mudra
Allow the heart to move with the thoughts as the hand movements begin. The movements should be carried out slowly and smoothly in an unhurried manner. Slowly raise both hands toward the front of the head. The palms should be turned to face upward reaching their highest point. Separate the hands to create an arc over the head and turn them to the sides until reaching the front side of the head. Slowly lower the arms after. The fingers should point to the front, palms facing up, and elbows inward. Cross the wrists in front of the chest while straightening them. For males: the left hand outside, for females: the opposite. After forming a straight line with the arms and hands, rotate the wrist on the outside with the palm faced upward. Create a semicircle and turn the palm upward with the fingers pointing toward the back. Turn down the palm of the hand that was inside after crossing in front of the chest and keep the arm straight. Rotate the arm and hand allowing the palm to face outward. The arm in front of the lower body should form an angle with the body of 30o.
Second Mudra
After the following position, allow the upper hand to move into the inside. Move the lower hand up while turning the palm of the upper hand to the body. The movement shall remain the same as the First Mudra but with the left and right hands switching. The positioning of the hands shall be the exact opposite.
Third Mudra
Straighten the wrist with the palm facing toward the body. For males: the right, for females: the opposite. After moving the hand in front of the chest, turn it over so the palm is facing down and move toward the lower front of the shin. Remember to keep the arm straight when doing this. The left wrist is turned for males while the right is turned for females when moving up and passing the right hand that should still have the palm facing the body. While doing this, allow the palm to move toward the shoulder, males should be the left, females should be the right. The fingers should face forward with the palm up when reaching that point.
Fourth Mudra
This is exactly the same as before but the hands should be in the opposite positions. The males left hand, females right hand, should move to the inside and the opposite for the outside. Keep switching the hands while performing the movements and the hands are in opposite positions. All four Mudras are done without any interruption.
Reinforcing Sphere-Shaped Supernatural Powers
Continuing from the earlier position, move the upper hand on the inside with the lower hand on the outside. The palm shall turn and go down toward the chest area. For males: the right, for females: the left. The opposite hand shall move upward. After the forearms make a straight horizontal line the hands should be pulled apart to the sides with the palms turned to face down. Once the hands reach the outsides of the knees, the hands should move to waist level with forearms and wrists at the exact same level. Allow the arms to relax. While supernatural powers are being reinforced, the palms should feel warm, heavy, numb, like holding a heavy weight. Allow this to happen naturally; do not force it. Keep this position held until it is impossible to endure anymore. The longer it is held the better.
Reinforcing Pillar-Shaped Supernatural Powers
Continuing after the following position, rotate the palm to face up while moving it to the lower abdominal area. For males: the right hand, for females: the left hand. Lift the other hand toward the chin while moving the other hand toward the abdomen. The palm should face down when it is as high as the chin. The forearm should be the same level as the hand. Keep the position held until it is impossible to hold any longer. Allow the upper arm to create a semicircle as it
is being moved down toward the lower abdominal area. Move the lower hand up to the chin with the palm facing down. Keep this held until it is no longer
endurable.
Serene Cultivation
Follow the last position with creating a semicircle down to the lower abdominal area while using the upper hand. Conjoin the hands together and begin the serene cultivation. Remember to stay still and hold as long as possible because the longer it is held the better it is.
Ending Position
Join the hands together in front of the chest and come out of the stillness along with the lotus position.
